Because IPTV is delivered digitally, refund questions are assessed based on activation, use and the technical situation.
Trial first
If you are unsure, use a trial period first. This lets you check picture quality, channel availability, VOD and device compatibility before choosing a subscription.
Digital delivery
Our products are delivered digitally. Once activation details have been provided and the service has been made available at your request, cancellation or refund options may be limited.
If you experience technical issues, first give us the opportunity to review the setup and correct installation or app settings.
When we help or correct
In case of incorrect activation details, wrong package delivery or a demonstrable technical blockage, we first look for a suitable solution, such as new details, setup help or package correction.
A refund is assessed case by case based on order, use, activation status and the information you provide.
When refunds are usually not possible
Refunds are usually not possible when the details were delivered correctly, the service has already been used, the issue comes from an unsuitable app or device setting, or when the desired channel was not checked in advance.
Expired trials and active subscriptions that have already been activated are normally not partially refunded.
